Lola's Kitchen is named in honor of my great-grandmother, Dolores "Lola" Sanchez. Some of my earliest memories are of being in the kitchen with her when I was seven years old — music playing, tortillas on the stove, and her smile lighting up the room.

My Grandma Lola was the most giving and selfless person I've ever known. Being with her always felt like home, no matter where we were. That feeling is at the heart of Lola's Kitchen. Through every dish, my hope is to share a little taste of home, comfort, and love — the same way Lola shared it with all of us.

She was, and always will be, the heart of our family. This restaurant is my way of carrying her spirit forward and inviting you to be part of it.
